Ben Wright

Ben is the CEO of Mimetic, a venture studio that collaborates with clinical innovators to co-found and operate medical device companies. Mimetic’s mandate is to facilitate the translation of intellectual property from medical research to clinical adoption. He is also the Managing Director of Ballistic Ventures, a venture and commercialisation advisory firm. Prior to Mimetic, Ben managed a corporate venture capital vehicle for listed Australian medtech Nanosonics and was the Chief Innovation Officer and Head of Investment Strategy at deep technology incubator Cicada Innovations.
